A hot tub can be a great investment for your home. Not only will it provide a relaxing place to soak and relieve tension, but it can also improve your health in several ways. For example, studies have shown that soaking in a hot tub can help improve circulation, lower blood pressure, and relieve pain and stiffness. In addition, hot tubs are known to be beneficial for mental health, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

If you’re searching for the best hot tubs or best drones for travel & adventure, browse through the buyer’s guides available at Outdoor Trends.

There’s something about being in a hot tub that makes you feel good. Maybe it’s the warmth, the bubbles, or the jets, but whatever it is, there’s no doubt that spending some time in a hot tub can be really relaxing. If you’re looking to relax and have some fun at the same time, here are some hot tub activities that you should try:

1. Soak Up Some Sun

If you’re looking to relax in your inflatable hot tub and soak up some rays simultaneously, you’ll want to try this activity. Just make sure that you don’t stay in the sun for too long, as you don’t want to overheat yourself. Sun + heat can be a recipe for disaster. So, make sure to take some breaks in between and stay hydrated.

2. Listen to Music

There’s nothing quite like listening to your favorite tunes while soaking in a hot tub. It’s the perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day. If you really want to kick back and relax, you can bring a portable speaker into the tub with you to enjoy your music without worrying about getting it wet.

3. Enjoy a Drink or Two

If you’re of legal drinking age, why not enjoy a nice cold beer or glass of wine while relaxing in your hot tub? Be careful not to overdo it, though, as excessive alcohol consumption can make you more susceptible to dehydration. Relaxing in a hot tub with a cup of your favorite hot beverage is also great if you don’t drink. It may take practice to keep your mug from tipping, but it’s definitely possible!

4. Play Games

If you’re looking for a way to have some fun in your hot tub with your friends or family, then you should try playing some games. There are a ton of different hot tub games you can play, so there’s sure to be something that everyone will enjoy. Some hot tub games are really simple, but others are a little bit more challenging. Either way, playing games in your hot tub is a great way to make lasting memories. Here are some of our favorite games that you can play with your friends or family:

a) Truth or Dare

If you’re looking for a game that will get everyone involved, then truth or dare is a perfect choice. You can take turns asking each other personal questions or discarding embarrassing dares—it’s up to you! This game is perfect if you want to learn more about your friends and family members, and it’s sure to get everyone laughing. Just be careful not to ask any truly personal questions that might make someone feel uncomfortable—remember that there’s a difference between Truth or Dare and interrogation!

b) Balloon Bust

Balance water-filled balloons on different parts of your body and see who can keep them from falling off the longest. This game is great for people of all ages, so everyone can join in on the fun.

c) Simon Says

This classic game is always a hit with kids, but adults can have fun with it too! One person is chosen to be “Simon”, and they give instructions to the others that must be followed only if they begin with, “Simon says…” For example, Simon might say “Simon says touch your nose”,  and everyone would have to comply. But if Simon were to say “Touch your nose” without prefacing it with “Simon says…”, then nobody would have to do anything. The goal is to see who can follow Simon’s instructions correctly without making any mistakes – it sounds easy, but Simon can get pretty creative with these too, so don’t write this one off as a kids’ game completely!

d) Thumper

One person is chosen to be the leader of Thumper and stands in the middle of the playing area. On “go”, everyone else must circle around and try not to tap or touch the leader in any way. If somebody does tag or touch them—known as going “thumpers”—they become a new leader, and things start all over again until there is only one person left who has managed not to go thumpers! One great variation in this game is using an actual object instead of someone to sidestep past; try using a hula hoop or a stuffed animal that can easily be knocked over without anyone getting hurt.

e) Stargazing

This is one of the best things to do in a hot tub at night when the sky is clear without light pollution. Scorpio, Orion, and Sagittarius constellations are visible all summer in the northern hemisphere after sunset, which makes it the perfect time to use the perks of having a hot tub.

f) A Candlelight Hot Tub Session

You can also choose to spend it alone at night immersed in bubbles in complete bliss after spending the whole day at work which makes your body tense so that when you return home, you are for some relaxation time at night. Create a spa-like atmosphere by placing candles around your inflatable hot tub.
